It is a common belief that human beings will be more pleased at employment when given more money, rewards and incentives. While this may be fair since one cause why human beings go to employment is to provide for their physical needs, this is not always the condition. Additional cash is not always the solution to attracting and keeping key personnel and in most cases, not always the best solution there is.
