It is a common belief that human beings will be more pleased at employment when given more money, rewards and incentives. While this may be fair since one cause why human beings go to employment is to provide for their physical needs, this is not always the condition. Additional cash is not always the solution to attracting and keeping key personnel and in most cases, not always the best solution there is. Ever wonder why CEO’s, managers and human beings from top management who receive huge remuneration leave their jobs? The cause is, there is more to employment besides money and motivating human beings is not always equated with it.
