In this textbook the author talks about who you should spend your age with in order to have the best results. He calls these human beings, “Gold Ships.” In his illustration, there is a picture of three ships sailing into a port. The three ships are Silver, Gold and MT (empty). The Gold ship is defined as the distributor who calls you, is coachable, and knows their WHY for doing this business. Their cargo is gold since they will be duplicating your efforts!
